By purchasing an audit, engaging our full-service partnership, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to operate the business you're representing to use our services. You're responsible for making sure your business is legally permitted to sell peptides or research chemicals in your jurisdiction we help with compliance research and presentation, not with obtaining business licences.

The audit and any materials we deliver are for informational purposes only. Nothing in our service constitutes legal advice, regulatory counsel, or a guarantee of compliance with FDA, FTC, or any other regulatory body. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance specific to your business.

We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in FDA or FTC compliance, prevent payment processor termination, or produce any specific business outcome. Regulatory enforcement priorities change frequently, and our findings reflect publicly available information at the time of delivery.

Audit Only: the audit reflects publicly available FDA warning letters, FTC enforcement actions, and card-network guidelines at the time of delivery. It is not a legal review, is not attorney-client privileged, and is not updated after delivery unless you purchase a new audit.

Full-Service Partnership: scope (website build, payment setup, SEO/AEO/GEO, ad management, ongoing monitoring) is defined per engagement and confirmed with you before work begins. Timelines vary by project and are communicated directly, not guaranteed by this page.

One-time audits are paid in full at checkout. Because the service involves manual review and labor, all audit sales are final once delivered no refunds will be issued after the audit has been sent to you. Full-service partnership payment terms are set out in your individual agreement.

We aim to deliver your audit within 2 business days of payment confirmation, via email to the address provided at checkout. If you don't receive your audit within 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate promptly.

Once fully paid for, deliverables created specifically for you (audit reports, website builds, ad creative) are yours to use for your business. We retain the right to reuse general methods, templates, and non-confidential techniques across other client work, and may reference completed projects in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Ingenious is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services including lost revenue, lost merchant accounts, or regulatory action taken against your business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Peptide Ingenious harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your business's products or marketing claims, or your violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from this service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
